Public Speaking (Glossophobia)

Fear of Heights (Acrophobia)

Acrophobia refers to the fear of heights. It encompasses a strong aversion to tall buildings, bridges, or other high places and can lead to significant anxiety and avoidance behaviors.


Fear of Death (Thanatophobia)

Thanatophobia is the fear of death or the fear of one's own mortality. It involves intense anxiety and distress when contemplating death, dying, or the idea of non-existence.


Fear of Spiders (Arachnophobia)

Fear of Needles (Trypanophobia)

Trypanophobia is the fear of needles or injections. It involves heightened anxiety and fear associated with medical procedures involving needles, such as vaccinations or blood tests. Which can be debilitating for some.


Fear of Failure (Atychiphobia)

Atychiphobia is a common fear that encompasses the anxiety and fear of not meeting expectations, making mistakes, or facing criticism or rejection due to perceived failure.


Fear of the Dark (Nyctophobia)

Nyctophobia is the fear of the dark. It involves an irrational fear or anxiety when in darkness or low-light conditions and may cause significant discomfort or distress. Which can really interfere with life.


Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD)

Fear of rejection refers to the fear of being turned down, not being liked, or being abandoned or excluded. It often stems from a fear of judgment or not being accepted, leading to avoidance of social situations or potential rejection.
